This week’s Feature Pet is Sadie, an adorable 12-week old Australian Shepherd. Will someone give her a home? As with all DAS animals for adoption, she’s been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated – and just look at that little paw wrapped around Kent’s arm, she’s clearly a little sweetie!

Following on the heels of the new state-of-the-art animal shelter in Dallas, TX, the City of Arlington opened the doors on their new facility last Wednesday – only weeks before the City of Farmers Branch plans to debut their new shelter! In an effort to boost adoptions and shine a light on the wonderful pets available for adoption, Dallas Animal Services has started a “Pet of the Week” posting on YouTube. Each spot is shot on location at the DAS shelter and features Kent Robertson, manager of Dallas Animal Services and their Adoption Center.
This week’s debut pet is Eclipse, a cute little 2 year old Chihuahua. If you’d like more information about Eclipse, or any other DAS adoptable pet, please call (214) 670-8246.
Each week the featured pet will change, so if this week’s dog isn’t for you check back next week and see another wonderful animal that needs a home. Another great reason to visit Dallas Animal Services: all adoptable pets are already vaccinated, micro chipped, and sterilized!
